Growing up in Fort Smith, my dad was a homebuilder and that meant I moved A LOT! 10 addresses from 1978 to 1988. I lived in one house for only 5 weeks, and one of my addresses was a hotel for 12 days because dad didn’t have a house ready for final inspection. As a kid, I remember us taking trips to Dallas to see the newest trends in home building. We would tour many open houses and even though I mostly cartwheeled through the empty spaces, I couldn’t avoid learning about the business. As a teenager, sometimes my job was cleaning up sheet rock or other scraps left behind by a sub-contractor. On one unfortunate occasion, my job was to use a broom and knock down all of the grand-daddy long-legs from the ceiling of a basement! My mom was his interior decorator. Many times I helped her hang wallpaper… and occasionally I wore more paste than the wall! When my uncle moved to town, he got his real estate & broker’s licenses and we planned to have the tri-fecta of Lynch Homes, Lynch Interiors, & Lynch Realty. But then my dad passed away in 1988 when I was 18. Everything changed, and my life took a different path. I've been married since 1991. I graduated from Arknasas Tech University with a Psychology degree and worked in the Mental Health field for 13 years. Then I was fortunate enough to get to stay home and raise my 4 children. Now, I’m ready for something I think I was always destined to do! I’d love to help sell your house or help find your next one!
